2. Knowledge Alchemist™ intellectual property

The The Knowledge Alchemist™ name, The Knowledge Alchemist™ Framework, associated diagnostic dimensions, methodologies, consulting processes, models, templates, diagrams, tools, training materials, and other original expressions or resources developed by Sharmila Rajagopal may be protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.

Publication of material on this website does not transfer ownership of that material or grant a licence to reproduce, commercialise, adapt, teach, sell, sublicense, or incorporate it into another product, service, methodology, or consultancy offering except where permission is expressly granted.

3. Permitted personal use

You may view this website and make reasonable personal or internal reference use of publicly available material. You may share a link to a public page on this website. • use client-specific materials or deliverables outside the rights agreed for the relevant engagement.

5. AI systems and automated use

Except where permitted by applicable law, or where I have given written permission, you may not use substantial proprietary materials from this website or my downloadable resources to reproduce, adapt, commercialise, or create competing versions of my frameworks, methodologies, templates, training resources, or consultancy products through generative AI or other automated systems.

This provision is intended to state my conditions for use of my proprietary materials; it does not restrict rights or exceptions that the law gives you.
